FAQ

Refunds:  

d'artwear is a small, custom design company. Refunds are accepted for any defective products. Please email denyse@denysedar.com with both a description and at least 2 photographs of the defect. The item must be received within 7 days in the original packing and in unused condition at which time a refund or exchange will be issued. All refund requests are reviewed for approval and will be processed within 3-5 business days. 

Please note that all swimwear must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. Due to health and safety hazards we cannot accept returns or refunds for swimwear that has been opened or worn.

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase, or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases of shipping error. 

Returns:

The customer is responsible for shipping costs and providing a tracking number. Items are inspected and then processed. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed, or altered items.

Your package must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS.

Exchanges:

Since items are custom made, we do not currently have an exchange policy! d'artwear is true to size and we state on every listing to consult our sizing chart.
